Design Plan

The first step in the Bespoke Design Plan process is to schedule and meet for a Creative Home Consultation. This is the launchpad of any Nest Refresh Design and sets the foundation for a constructive and creative planning period. Your Nest Refresh Designer may prefer to do Homework during the consultation or may make a separate Homework appointment. The Homework appointment is a short meeting to gather any remaining necessary information such as photos, video walk-throughs, and room measurments. This and the information gathered prior to and during the Creative Home Consultation will be the basis of your Client Profile and will guide your designer as they create the beautifully Bespoke Design Plan for your room.

Your Nest Refresh Designer will spend up to 4 weeks working on your Bespoke Design Plan. Depending on the needs of the space. they will be carefully curating a color pallet, selecting finishes, sketching renderings, finalizing floor plans, and selecting the perfect furnishings, lighting, and decor for your perfect room. You will be in contact with them throughout this process via WhatsApp, E-mail, and by phone as needed as they continue to edit the design and create a space that fits all your functional and style needs.

Your Nest Refresh Designer will meet with you to present your Bespoke Design Plan once finalized. They will walk you through your plan step by step, explaining their recommendations and observations. Once they have presented your plan, you will have access to all the information they have discussed as well as any associated Mood Boards and Floor Plans. They will also provide you with a clickable shopping list that will correlate with the items in your Mood Board so that you can begin shopping right away. If structural changes are needed, your Designer will provide you with their vetted and highly recommended local contractors who you can contact for your project. This trusted group work closely with the Designer and know how to follow the Nest Refresh system and plans so that you get the results that your Designer has planned for you.
